I was on my way back home from work, feeling really tired and totally uninspired. I had no energy to take the camera out of the bag. I really had to pick myself up and remind myself that I am living and working in one of the most beautiful and inspiring cities in the world. It is a privilege which I am just wasting away because I am not in the mood for some unknown reason. So I ended up in the Tate Modern gallery admiring the view that so many tourists from all over the world save for and pay for. I remember very well that I used to be one of them. A bonus was that I discovered another part of the gallery with a viewing terrace on the 10th floor. Even better than this one.
Morning light on the Embankment surprised me again. Delightful.
