It was a very grey and gloomy November day, so I thought I could capture a few autumnal details in Kew Gardens. Thankfully I didn't check the weather forecast. If I had done I probably wouldn't have gone. So after the first half an hour a few raindrops turned into a torrential rain. I got so wet that it didn't really matter in the end. Though when I was starting to feel cold, I knew it was time to give in to the idea of a nice hot cup of tea and a comfortable sofa. I was still happy that I persevered, because the rain made the late autumnal colours even brighter and more vivid.
