We spent most of the day on the coach travelling to High Tatras. An unbelievable amount of traffic jams prolonged our journey and we were delayed by more than an hour. I was sighing while I was watching the beautiful hoar frosted countryside from the window of the bus. My hope for the same when we arrive at our destination crumbled away as soon as we got there. Not a lot of snow and definitely no frost. I could only do my best and try to capture the last light, which was fading fast. At least the trees lit by sparkling Christmas lights reminded me of the frost covered countryside I saw earlier. Only ever so slightly.
